Our Team at Ogg Construction Inc. and Roofing

Sam started Ogg Construction in 1978. He raised five boys and two girls in Highlands County, all five of his sons remain in the construction industry in some fashion. Sam remains active on both construction and roofing job sites as well as in the office, still starting most days before the crack of dawn. 

Greg is the 4th son of Sam Ogg. Greg and his brothers grew up in the construction industry, and he has worked for Ogg Construction his entire life. Greg became part-owner of the company in 2008. He also started the roofing division of Ogg Construction. While remaining active in both divisions, Greg has also started Ogg Trucking which is where he currently spends his day to day. 

Aidan is the son of Greg and Heather Ogg and a third generation at Ogg Construction, taking over his father's position in the roofing division in 2022. Aidan does all the measuring and estimates for roofing jobs. 

Lupe has been part of the Ogg team since 2017 and has 25+ years experience in the roofing and construction industry.  

Phil came to Ogg Construction in 2022.  Phil has 42 years of experience in the construction industry, both residential and commercial. Phil completes all construction project quotes as well as project scheduling in the office with his daughter, Janelle. 

Heather is the daughter-in-law of Sam Ogg as well as the wife of Greg Ogg. Heather started working in the office full time in 2018 and was responsible for billing, payments, and scheduling for both the roofing and construction divisions. With the growth of the company, Heather now works mainly with the roofing division. 

Janelle started working in the office alongside her father, Phil, to take over the office portion of the construction division. Janelle is responsible for billing, payments, and scheduling of all construction projects.
